Norwich Cathedral

A Norman cathedral from 1096 with 14thC roof bosses depicting bible scenes from Adam and Eve to the Day of Judgement, a Saxon bishop's throne, the largest monastic cloisters in England. Second highest spire and tallest Norman tower in England. Also, many other treasures including medieval paintings and frescos and a fine collection of silver. All this set within the magnificent cathedral close. Also shop, exhibition centre and restaurant.
